Taunton - Managers Assistant
Our main aim at UK Storage is fantastic customer service so we’re looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people and mucking in. We are looking for someone with GCSE Maths, English and basic IT skills. The job has great variety from dealing with prospective customers to overseeing the up keep of the site. Previous customer service experience and a good telephone manner are essential.
You would be based at our Taunton self storage site and would also deal with the sales of boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape and other items people use for moving. You will be working as part of a small team and an enthusiastic and friendly outlook is necessary.
The shift pattern is:
Week 1: Mon – Fri (9am – 5:30pm)
Week 2: Mon – Tues, Thurs – Fri (9am – 5:30pm), Sat (9am – 4pm)
This is not a warehouse role. This role is mainly in our office / reception area.
