Inbound Sales

UK Storage Company currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our team. We are a rapidly expanding, family run business with 25 locations currently open - with several other sites opening soon! We pride ourselves on a service that meets and exceeds our customers’ needs and we care passionately about what we do.

To be successful in your application you must demonstrate:

• A strong sales background in which you have successfully worked towards targets. Ideally you would have previously worked in a Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Field Sales Executive, or Account Management position with a strong customer focus.

• A consistent and passionate customer focus with the ability to naturally build a rapport with customers of all types and gain their commitment through your strong desire to always go the extra mile - first impressions are essential, but positive lasting impressions are even more valuable within this business!

• An excellent phone manner

• Confidence in your written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence
• Good time management skills

Day to day, you would be handling incoming sales enquiries, providing a first class service to a very diverse customer base. Although similar, this is not a typical sales environment - there is no cold calling. We have a very friendly and motivated team, who will assist you in getting settled into your new role. On the job training will be provided.

Basic salary is £19,691 per year, plus OTE, which would bring the salary in the range of £24,000 - £27,000 per year. On target earnings ARE currently being achieved by our sales staff.

UK Storage Company is open 7 days per week. The shift pattern includes evening (latest finish time is 7pm) and weekend shifts.
