QUALITY STORAGE FACILITIES AT VERY COMPETITIVE RATES I have been using UK Storage for nearly 3 years. They have a wide range of storage units in sizes to suit all needs. The building is very clean , very well lit and with easy access to a large Carpark and secure keypad access to the Building. The fees are very competitive and for a small additional cost you can have 24 hour access , which I have opted for . There are toilet facilities within the building too. The staff at the HQ office are without exception friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. They provide excellent customer service. UK Dtirage also offer a discount for a period of time when you first rent a unit. 5 Star service all round. If you are looking to rent a storage unit then I have no hesitation in recommending UK Storage.

The lift worked and there are several trolleys available at the entrance for moving stuff around. It's not particularly busy but there has always been someone around when I've visited.

I used UK Storage in Wigan for around a year to store items from a previous house move. It is the first time I have ever had to use a storage facility. The team made the set up of the storage very easy and the whole process of moving in was seamless. Throughout the year, the unit was easily accessible and the building clean and secure. When no longer requiring the service, the team were again very helpful in the closing down of the unit and made the process very easy. I highly recommend UK storage and would use them again if needed.

Recommended. The registration process is simple and you can 'move in' without even needing to speak to another human (exactly what some of us prefer!). The building is well situated and easily accessed. Heavy duty trollies are provided and there's a freight elevator as you go in. Everything is clean and well lit, and there are security cameras everywhere. I was tempted to remove one star because the unit I rent was supposed to be 45sqft but is only 41.5; that's within the +/-10% tolerance detailed in the small print so I'll give them that, but I can't help feeling cynical (e.g. if the largest 240sqft units are 10% smaller than advertised they'll have room for the same number of additional small 20sqft units).

What a fabulous facility!! We were referred to UK Storage Company by our Son who had just started to use their base In Yeovil. From the initial telephone enquiry as to pricing & availability I encountered polite, informative and friendly staff via telephone & email. The instructions as to how to access the facility & individual unit were easy to follow and what's more were exact! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, lighting was fabulous throughout. On vacating the unit you are once more provided with clear instructions & reminded to take the lock & keys with you. I would have no hesitation in returning to UK Storage Company should I require storage in future.

SAFE, SECURE AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE. We rented a unit for several months while waiting to move house. Access was easy via a keypad and each unit has your own lock and key (cost included in your first payment). Everything felt dry and secure, which meant we did not worry while it was stored. We could access the unit every day, with a small fee to access for longer each day. The staff were really helpful on helping us choose a unit. We would definitely use them again, but might be nice to able to choose a unit online to suit your needs in future.

High customer satsifaction :).... I took a look at the Swadlincote store before I bought the space to check sizes and prices. I thought 50% discount for 2 months was a good incentive to use and get my moves done quickly. The remote staff were very polite and helpful which was appreciated. Reasonably easy to set up the online account although it could be a little more user friendly. Unmanned site is no problem. Easy to access the building, good air-conditioned environment so soft furnishings/clothes protected. It was a good experience and I would definitely use UK Storage again if I need similar facilities.

I have to say it was a faultless experience from start to finish. I have never used this service before, so approached it with some trepidation, but the whole process was so easy, the staff who were local were so helpful and obliging when I made some amendments to my booking. The pricing was clear and unambiguous. When I actually went to visit the room I had booked I was very impressed with the cleansness of the whole building and my room in particular. The site was very secure and I felt very confident that my property was secure and kept in pristine conditions. I terminated my agreement after two and a half months and again that transaction was very easy and I actually done it by talking to a real person.
