Having never used a storage facility before I was anxious about many things. I decided to use UK Storage because they seemed friendly and informative from the first minute of contact. They have lots of different sizes to suit all needs. Security was a main concern for me and my property. The cameras and access systems which are installed put my mind at rest. Access to my property was another concern. But as the unit is open for 7 days a week. That concern was swiftly dealt with Price was good without compromising quality of service. The unit's excellent. The staff are lovely, my property was safe. Job done

UK Storage Company is the only storage place I will use from now on. This is a fantastic company and if you need your precious items stored in a spotless, easy access facility at very reasonable rates then the UKstorage company is the place. I found the online booking easy and the room guides super useful for helping me choose the right size. The team are so helpful and friendly and even directed me to on site WC over the phone. Fantastic service, I had two units over 5yrs whilst I went through three house moves. Everything remained in pristine condition, from furniture to clothes, no deterioration at all. Personal, Professional, Perfect. If ever a company deserve a good review, it´s this one. I think the Worcester branch is fairly new on the self storage scene but, I cannot fault it for cleanliness, security, ease of use or the professionalism of their staff. I always felt looked after by professional, polite people. So many of these places can be just a numbers exercise for the staff but Chelsea and her colleagues made the extra effort to make me feel as if my belongings were as important as their own. Having rented storage for over a year from my initial enquiry to my phone call announcing my departure the staff at UK Storage Company were courteous and helpful throughout. Their rates are very competitive and the rental period flexible. The storage facility is clean, secure and easily accessible, provided you have the correct codes of course. There is a good selection of lockers to choose from and again these are clean and bright. A new sealed barrel lock is purchased at the beginning so all keys are in the possession of the renter. Trolleys are provided at the entrance to allow ease of use, the facility is well lit with toilet facilities and lifts provided. Access is available at any time. The same code gives access to the site and the facility itself. The code is also required to exit the compound too. Excellent all round, I will use this company again.

I rented storage for a few months while I was in between houses. It was all so easy. Everything online. I could sign up and then start and end whenever I wanted to and I only got charged for when I actually started and stopped using the facility. It was clean and well organised. I would definitely use it again.

Very efficient service. Initial set up of storage being made available, access to the site and payment was all done very quickly and smoothly. Storage facilities were very clean and well lit. We were using it to store my daughter's university belongings during the summer holiday. Location for us was handy being on the west side of Swindon, so we could pop along anytime to add/remove items . Terminating use of the storage facility was also handled very efficiently.
We have used the Central Plymouth storage site two summers in a row to store my daughter's belongings when she comes home from uni for 3 to 4 months. Both times reserving the unit, information provided and setting up payment has been easy, with all staff helpful. Units have met our needs, access has been good, units clean and plastic covers provided. You pay for your padlock the first time and then it belongs to you for all future bookings. Closing the account is also easy and is actioned immediately on receipt of email confirming the unit has been emptied. Thanks to all your staff who have made this process painless. I was so very happy with every aspect of the service I received from the UK Storage Company throughout the 2.5 years I had items in their Redruth storage facility. Every staff member I ever dealt with at every stage was extremely friendly, helpful and polite - amongst the best customer service I have experienced in the UK. The facility itself is very well-maintained and clean, and easy to use. The units themselves are also very clean and totally weatherproof - I was worried about leaving a variety of items in store for so long in rainy Cornwall, but everything was totally fine! I would definitely use the UK Storage Company again and would recommend them highly to others. Thank you folks!

Couldn't have been easier organising and using the storage. The staff at the booking office were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. We did say the guys who monitor the cctv have the best job. Bit weird to be so fond of such a domestic amenity, but these guys are the absolute bee knees! The storage facility in bedmo is clean and spacious, easy to find and get vehicles in. Stress Free Amazing!! Family told me moving home was stressful, yes it is but I was recommended UK Storage and glad I used them. From start to finish they were amazing. I did it all online, easy peesy! The process was straight forward, prices were the best around bar far, my movers had no issues. The helpline was brilliant, everyone happy to help me. My belongings were safe and secure. I wouldn't hesitate to use again 'if' we ever move, but would defiantly recommend.

UK Storage Company provide an excellent service. From my first enquiry with them, their staff members were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Their storage facility was very secure and clean ensuring that my possession were kept in perfect condition. Their terms and conditions are well set out and easy to understand. There were no 'hidden extras' and I always new how much the storage fees would be. I would have no hesitation in recommending UK Storage Company to others and using their facilities in the future.
The unit we rented was very clean and so was the whole site, there's even a loo inside which I thought was a real nice touch. The whole place is extremely secure with two secure doors at the main entrance that require a pass code, then once in the building you have your own lock for the unit you rent which you buy when you rent the unit to insure no other person could possibly have a key, at first this seemed strange and a waste of money but I get it now, you keep the lock when you vacate the unit too so I suppose if you rent again you will already have a lock. There's plenty of heavy duty trolley trucks to move your stuff on too so that's good. This is such a good idea these self storage lockers, I wish I'd had one 30 years ago when I moved house. There's plenty of different sizes to choose from. We rented a unit in the Wigan branch recently when my daughter moved house and it takes a bit of the stress out of the whole process. Should I need one in the future I won't hesitate to rent again.
Every aspect of this rental process was so easy. I live a long way from the site and was arranging storage for my parents. Quick telephone conversation, all my questions answered, two units booked. Just ahead of our arrival date, confirmation and payments made. Arrived on site, everything as arranged, great clean units. During unloading we realised we did not have enough space, called UK storage (on a Sunday) They called me back within half hour and had found another unit on site. Leaving was just as straight forward, called to give notice, confirmed date left units partway though a month, refunded extra payments. If you want clean in and out storage, dealing with helpful nice staff, these guys are for you! Cannot recommend highly enough. From someone who does not generally do reviews, I hope you get my drift .......
How quick and easy it was to rent storage from this company, I needed it in an emergency everything sorted over the telephone, documentation emailed to me, all sorted in half an hour, quick professional and great communication everything explained in nice simple clear language, would highly recommend.

The stress of moving house was reduced by moving a lot of my belongings into storage for a short while, so that I could move out of my old home and into my new home over a few weeks at an easier pace. The staff on the end of the phone were very polite and helpful. They told me that I could upgrade the size of the storage if I found I needed more when I started to load my things in. The site was easily accessible by pin code at whatever time of day I needed to call. The storage units are clean and easily accessible, with trollies just inside the entrance for ease of moving items into the storage units. Often I was the only person accessing the units but when others were there, we didn't get in each other's way. I would certainly consider renting a storage unit from them again, should I need this type of temporary storage space.

I decided to use the UK storage company when moving house, which we were doing over the christmas period which was already stressful enough! The process was incredibly quick and easy and we had access to our unit the very same day. I have used UK storage company on two separate occasions in the last 2 years and both times they have been amazing. The staff have been friendly, approachable and professional. They catered to our needs on both occasions. Nothing was too much trouble, if they said they would e mail us, they did. If we had to phone them there was always someone there to answer the phone and if they didn’t know the answer they found out and got back to us very promptly! Storage seems such a simple matter until you come to do i. You expect that one remover leave stuff therè and then few months later a other pick it up, no sweat. In reality you need access for items you suddenly realise you need. You need to unpack and repack. UK storage made this simple with easy access by pin to the site. Emma, Nick and the team even made the one problem i had, a door dropping and sticking closed, a simple matter to resolve. Good price as well.

They send a code which gives access 24/7. Some other places charge you for access. I can highly recommend UK Storage in Gosport, Hampshire. Will use again if I need storge again.

Had a storage unit here for 18 months and have been extremely happy with the service and facilities provided. All our stored property has been kept in excellent condition and damp free. I would have awarded 5 stars if the access hours were more extensive however this is an issue emulating from an over zealous planning constraint and not UK Storage. Highly recommended.
For the first contact I spoke to Ryan, over the phone, who gave me a detailed description of the prices, offers and facilities avalable at the Bridgwater branch. When I eventually needed to use the storage facility, Josh was on hand to help with all my questions. During the whole period, starting from the first phone call, lasting over 3 months, and renting three units overall, Josh and Julie could not have been more helpful. Will not hesitate to use them again.
I would say the huge positive for us was to be able to place and store our items at UK Storage Chard and forget about them, being safe and secure, in the midst of a very difficult and complicated house move, the dates and timings of which were by no means certain. My whole experience with UK Storage can be summed up as one of feeling there were a solid, reliable and friendly organisation, and as said, in the middle of a lot of stress and uncertainty that was very much appreciated.

Excellent customer service. Very prompt in setting up contract and giving entry codes. Very clean storage. Pleanty of parking and able to reverse right up to entry doors to load/unload. Pleanty of trolleys available for transporting belongings. Workmen I met on site were really helpful and cheerful. Although I have never used a storage facility before so have nothing to compare it to I think it would be difficult to get better as they have thought of everything to make using the place easy. Would definitely recommend.
Great price, fantastic customer service. I loved how easy was to rent the storage room and how good all experience was from start to the end. I used storage room in Redruth facility for nearly 4 months and I had 24 h access whenever I wanted. Place is very safe with the gates opened by the code which is send to you by txt message. Storage place is very clean and dry, you don't meet anybody during the whole process - big advantage during the lock down time. Very good experience and the cheapest place in the area, definitely recommend!

Very very clean, first time using storage made easy by the lady on the phone. Would be 5 stars but lift to my floor not working, so found me a space on ground floor immediately. Only problem is I have to move to my other space when lift is fixed. Update: the team at UK storage have dealt with concerns re moving out in a very professional manner and are fully deserving of 5 stars. We had to rent a storage unit whilst renovating our new home. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the unit was easily accessible and nice and clean and the 24/7 access was a fantastic bonus. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need ever arises.

This was easy to book, when I contacted them they were really helpful. the facility is simple to access the storage facility is clean and dry, the security cameras all over keeping the place observed. I used a unit for 7 months and everything was fine when collected. Simple process to check out, final statement took off any overpaid weeks and returned the money, a really good experience, the first time I have ever used storage.
The friendly and very responsive team set up my room very quickly the deal and terms and conditions were explained properly. When it came time to stopping the lease, again the team were very responsive and helpful and although it is all done over the phone they are very efficient and communicate very well.
Clean, tidy, efficient, friendly. Easy to find, access is excellent, good lighting, mid town venue (No dark pothole lanes and difficult to find), very modern facility. I visited several times with goods to store and retrieve goods and found it very easy indeed, including when it is getting dark. It was very busy at times but there is sufficient room for everybody to work.
