First use of a storage facility, I was really impressed by the details and thought that went into the process, from locking process, access to trolleys etc, would not think twice about making use of the facility again.
Smooth booking process by email initially and then phonecall with very helpful person. Easy to change initial start date-again by phone. Access code and lock collection worked first time. Large, clean first floor unit; trolleys and lift (goods only so be prepared to walk up and down stairs) were fine. Usually quiet late am weekdays, during busier times be flexible to share lift with others. Had unit for 3 months and storing house contents pre and post move really alleviated our stress! Good location off M5. Closing down account request 2 weeks notice but was also smooth and refund paid promptly. Thank you for great service.
Excellent storage company, fair prices and really easy to arrange. The facilities felt secure and everything was obvious and easy to find. MY EXPERIENCE OF CHOOSING UK STORAGE WAS A GOOD DECISION ALL ROUND. EVERYTHING WORKED, JUST AS PROMISED. I made the right decision in choosing UK Storage. Between houses I needed somewhere for all my accumulated stuff. I looked at several different storage units and was impressed by the response to my phone call to UK storage. Looking round the unit I was similarly impressed with the cleanliness and each time I visited it was the same. There were always trolleys available to use and knowing there is closed circuit tv monitoring I felt safe even when there was nobody else around. I highly recommend this unit .
I’ve used UK Storage company in Wigan for 2 years. All the way through the experience was excellent. From the guy who cleans the facility everyday to the staff on the phones. All very pleasant & professional. The building itself is super dry, warm, clean & the main thing 100% safe & secure. I’ve used the 24 hour access & I’ve always felt comfortable knowing there’s no issues when arriving any time of the night. All lighting in the building work off motion sensors & the toilets are clean with hot water available to get washed up if needed. THE ONLY WAY TO STORE IS UK STORAGE... As soon as you tell anyone you have got a storage unit ,they tell you where you can rent a storage container in a field for £25.00 a month run by some bloke! The question you have to ask yourself is how valuable are your valuables? UK storage is affordable secure and you don't have to worry about anything they have cctv to protect the compound. if you pay a bit extra you can access your unit 24/7. Don't take a chance with everything you have worked for because you can save a few pounds.

I took a unit out to store my university stuff over the summer while I went home. Can honestly say it was easy as pie! The price was cheap, meaning it didn’t cost us much, and it felt secure leaving my stuff in there due to the unique locks (which you can keep). Check out process was as easy as making a phone call, and their team were always helpful when calling! Will definitely be using them again if I need storage!

MOVING HOUSE FROM UP COUNTRY From the moment, I contacted UK Storage they were very helpful on the phone, or via email. I knew exactly what was required of me, when purchasing my storage unit. When I was ready to move into my unit, I had the code for the main gate, the unit number and a contact number for any problems. On completion of my house sale, I gave my 14 days notice and was contacted about what I needed to do. Everything was straight forward. The communication, opening times and the storage unit was great, for my 3 month stay at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them and would use them again.
UKS REDRUTH UK storage facility in Redruth is excellent and easy to access. Even when there is a problem (like a stuck gate), one very quick phone call and the issue was resolved remotely. The units are clean and dry and the customer care is excellent.

When I required storage for a few months while moving house and my new property not been ready i had no idea who to use. I had asked various companies for quotes but felt they were all too expensive then unexpectedly I had a call from Uk Storage. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and friendly i excepted his offer of a quote. Included in this quote was an offer of 3 months half price storage which in all honesty swayed my decision to use them. Although the area they were based in isn’t an area I would usually choose to store my belongings i asked many questions and was happy that there would be 24 hour camera surveillance and someone to answer the phone 24 hours a day and several doors which needed a passcode number to enter before you where even able to enter the units. On viewing the storage facilities I was genuinely surprised at how clean and welcoming it was as well as been on a busy retail park. The storage units themselves were extremely clean and secure and although i was placed on the first floor there was a lift to transport my items. The payment is taken by direct debt every 28 days and if you have paid for your final month but only require it for less days they will refund the days not used that month. Above all the most important factor I experienced was every member of the team I spoke to at any time of day or evening were extremely polite, helpful and a credit to there company.

We rented a unit for a period spanning Dec 2020 to Sept 2021. The premises are clean and tidy. Trolleys just inside the door. Goods lift if you are on upper floor. We were on 1st floor. The lighting comes on, as you walk around -motion detectors i guess. Plenty of accessibility, we never needed the out of hours service. All our goods were kept safe and dry. Thank you to UK storage customer service for their help answering my emails and supplying necessary invoices for the removal company to show French customs. Would recommend based on my experience.
I found UK storage facility very easy to use. It was very clean and easily accessible. Customer service was efficient. Even though I had a slight issue it was dealt with very professionally. I felt that my pocessions were safe. I would recommend the facility.

What a fantastic company, even though there are several storage companies in my area these guys win hands down. The whole facility is located conveniently on a new small industrial estate,the carpark is immediately outside of the doors with plenty of spaces. Inside the building is light, clean,dry and very well maintained, nothing is too much trouble a quick call and someone can be with you within minutes, everything is explained in plain English, so that you don't have a shock when you start to pay , as I said there are several other companies in the area but I can't recommend these guys enough , 5* service for 3* money ......

We have used UK storage several times during the past few years. They have always been helpful, accommodating and easy to contact. We received a refund quickly when we terminated the contract. The site is spotless, the storage units are clean and dry, our belongings have been kept safe and secure and we have never had any cause to be concerned. I hope we don't need to use them again but if we did I would have no hesitation in contacting them.

I found staff friendly and helpful the prices are fair I found all my stuff was kept in a secure place entry system in place and solid fencing all round. It build to kept belonging safe CCTV in place as well if I have use this company again I will trust me the are brilliant.

GREAT SERVICE Uk Storage. We needed storage for a few weeks whilst moving. We needed a small space. UK Storage gave us exactly what we wanted. A shed size locked storage room. We had to purchase a key,which is now ours. We came and went 24/7 as easy as anything. Key padded for your contents protection was peace of mind for us. Blankets and coverings were available to protect our belongings. All that and a real person at the end of a phone to chat to if needed. A change of home and frightening removal costs combined with a lack of availability forced me to come up with a plan B. I rented 2 units at UK storage in Fareham and using hire vans moved as much as possible prior to completion on our new home. All done in a bit of a rush but UK Storage staff were exceptionally quick and proficient and gave useful experiences based advice when assessing my requirements which meant that both units were on the ground floor. I am NEVER EVER moving house again but I can highly recommend this company's services based on my experience at the Fareham facility.
By far the cheapest option we found for some short term storage in the Liverpool area. Easy to access, with a lift allowing access to the third floor easily. Customer service is great, and the whole experience was good. Would highly recommend.

All good, booking online was simplicity itself and I was storing stuff same day. Unmanned building was no problem at all although I was a bit skeptical at first, entering the building and unit was a smooth and secure process. Everywhere was spotless and covid safe. Terminating my contract was no problem either, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

UK STORAGE COMPANY YEOVIL. Uk Storage Company in Yeovil made our move so much easier. They held the unit for us for a few weeks until we were in a position to use it and then emailed straight away with the necessary codes etc to enable us to start moving things in. When we'd finished with the unit I simply went online and gave notice. It was hassle free and no problem at all.
From the very first contact, the team were thorough and explained the whole process and the fees. The fees were the best I'd been quoted, but to be honest it was the no hard sell that made me choose them. The other companies that I had contacted prior to UK Storage kept bombarding me with phone calls which I didn't like. I felt really safe inside the storage as well as their security is excellent. When we needed to add extras onto the account, this was also hassle free. At the end of use, I contacted their office. Again no hard sell begging me to stay, they explained the notice period and what I had to do and that was that. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would 100% use them again.

I have had a storage unit for a few years in Milton Keynes they are by far the best around for cleanliness, most helpful nothing is too much trouble, we can access this whenever we want, wehave downsized with no trouble just swop to another unit, would highly recommend this company.

My experience with the Plymouth Central location was better than anything I could have expected. I needed a storage unit to hold all of my belongings due to a delayed sale on my flat and purchase on my house. Everyone I spoke to were so kind and friendly. They really made the process easy for me. When I arrived to first get my lock for my unit, I realised it would be too small to house everything. One quick phone call and I was transferred to a larger unit of my choosing and it even came with easier access. There were no hidden fees or time delays in switching units, it was all about what worked best for me. Perfect! When I next have a reason to use a storage unit then I will definitely be going back here. The units were well insulated to not cause any dampness, cold or drafts. The entire site is well secured with a digilock gate at the front and everyone gets their own keys and lock system for their unit which they take home once they are finished so no one will have a copy of your keys! Amazing! I really can't recommend them enough and commend the entire team on their continued efforts to make the process so smooth and reliable. One comment I would have for improvement comes down to the company as a whole, the website isn't the easiest to navigate for logging in and amending/checking my booking and details. Perhaps this could be updated? But all else is amazing and flawless! Thanks so much!
I had researched storage facilities near where I was moving to, and although there were many to choose from I picked the UK storage company at swad. As a lone female I felt extremely safe and protected even when attending the unit on my own, the knowledge that there was consent CCTV security was one of the biggest factors for this. All communial areas were spotlessly clean and having a toilet on site was a bonus too. Simple to set up and staff via telephone were very helpful polite and friendly. I would definitely use again and have no worries in suggesting them to my friends and family. Top service!
EXCELLENT STORAGE. I looked around at various brands. This one was the average priced but more importantly was so easy to use. It was clean, bright, secure and I can't recommend it enough.
