Every aspect of this rental process was so easy. I live a long way from the site and was arranging storage for my parents. Quick telephone conversation, all my questions answered, two units booked. Just ahead of our arrival date, confirmation and payments made. Arrived on site, everything as arranged, great clean units. During unloading we realised we did not have enough space, called UK storage (on a Sunday) They called me back within half hour and had found another unit on site. Leaving was just as straight forward, called to give notice, confirmed date left units partway though a month, refunded extra payments. If you want clean in and out storage, dealing with helpful nice staff, these guys are for you! Cannot recommend highly enough. From someone who does not generally do reviews, I hope you get my drift .......

UK storage supplied me a unit within the hour of my phone call. I was in the middle of buying a house but the completion date was moved by two weeks and I'd stupidly had over my rented property leaving me homeless with a house full o furniture. I'd used the storage before when I moved two years ago and they were as good this time around as they were last time. It was a bank holiday and the price was worth it for short term rent, and CCTVso your belongings are 100% safe. The staff were amazing too, from payment to the door codes within the hour. A massive plus its 24 hours allowing us to empty our house while we continued to work, even bigger bonus was when we finally got the keys to our home we didn't have to rush moving in. This was the first time I'd used a storage unit and chose this one initially for the low price. The unit was very clean and dry, access was easy as was turning space. There are many units at the site and I did wonder if there would be problems with access etc during busy periods but there was plenty of room with people coming and going. The rates were very reasonable and the unit I used was fine re space for furniture etc. Just make sure you book the right sized unit for what you need to store. All staff for telephone support were most helpful from initial enquiry to end of use. No problems with direct debit being cancelled as this was done straight away with the 2 weeks notice of leaving. At first glance from the road the site, although fresh and modern doesn't look exciting but once inside the area you will find it spotless and tidy. I managed to book a unit the night before I needed to move and was sent all the instructions on how to get into the site and find the unit straight away. Really easy, open 24hrs so I could access the unit whenever I wanted, and I was able to find my unit and move my things in straight away without having to talk to the company at all. It was very easy to cancel the storage when I'd finished too- staff responded the same day and arranged for my refund for the unused weeks without any issue. Would definitely recommend- one of my friends booked a unit too after I told her about it and she's found it great too!

I’ve just finished a fairly long rental at the U K storage site in Redruth in Cornwall. Although the headquarters are in Somerset all my dealings with them couldn’t have been easier, Emma is a delight and couldn’t be more helpful, the site is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, clean and secure. very good company easy to deal with and 8 week half price deal good deal . Have used couple of units various sizes solid and dry and clean , easy access generally although some units a little more difficult to get to if heavy loads but plenty of variety of units with easy access. On downside is gravel drives so if using sack trolley to move stuff need good size tyres otherwise dragging through gravel hard work .

Moving from London to Cornwall, I needed somewhere to store all my worldly goods while house hunting. The UK Storage Company offered what I needed; secure, dry storage not in some old shipping container. I booked ages in advance, as my move was delayed, but they cheerfully reserved the units I thought I needed and responded very quickly when it turned out that my needs were bit different. Not only that, but they were able to rearrange the planned units when I arrived with a removal lorry which was a bit large for the site. I have been impressed with their flexibility and customer service, and would recommend them to anyone else who needs a place to keep their stuff whether short or long term.

I stored a load of excess furniture papers, photographs, pictures, you name it, for roughly two years at Cardrew Way.  During that period my property did not suffer at all from the ravages of time and the damp, Cornish atmosphere.  The company's staff are always available on site by phone to deal with any problems and I cannot recommend them too highly for their friendly and professional approach to their clients.
