Used UK storage basically for there locality for when we moved house...as it is based a mile from new home.the usage of this facility was very clean safe and dry...in all fareness its great facility with 24 hour access.if we ended up using it again we would....highly recommend the use of the facility they can help with all sizes of space. High customer satsifaction :).... I took a look at the Swadlincote store before I bought the space to check sizes and prices. I thought 50% discount for 2 months was a good incentive to use and get my moves done quickly. The remote staff were very polite and helpful which was appreciated. Reasonably easy to set up the online account although it could be a little more user friendly. Unmanned site is no problem. Easy to access the building, good air-conditioned environment so soft furnishings/clothes protected. It was a good experience and I would definitely use UK Storage again if I need similar facilities.

I had researched storage facilities near where I was moving to, and although there were many to choose from I picked the UK storage company at swad. As a lone female I felt extremely safe and protected even when attending the unit on my own, the knowledge that there was consent CCTV security was one of the biggest factors for this. All communial areas were spotlessly clean and having a toilet on site was a bonus too. Simple to set up and staff via telephone were very helpful polite and friendly. I would definitely use again and have no worries in suggesting them to my friends and family. Top service!

Excellent service, very clean and easy to get to. Very flexible, we had to move to a larger unit this was completed on a Saturday when we ran out of room. They moved us to the next door unit so we didn't have to carry stuff far. Staff are plesent when you have to talk to them. We would definitely recommend this company.

Our storage unit at Swadlincote has been a life saver when trying to move house before and during the pandemic. No hidden payments, someone is always on hand to answer the phone and help. The storage unit is 24/7 access so it's super easy to go there and check on or move your things. The place itself is very very clean and still smells brand new. I only needed a few weeks storage , but when COVID hit it left me in a difficult position . The staff at the storage helped me lengthen my contract and really understood my position. The storage unit was decent size and it was very clean, there is a big carpark right outside and trolleys provided for you to take your furniture in and out, The staff were very informative not pushy at all and made sure I was happy with everything, as I never used a storage before I didnt know what to expect or what size I needed so the gentelman on the phone gave me all the options available and made sure it was the right unit for me, I would highly reccommend it for anyone whether you moving home or need some storage to keep your garden furniture stored for winter months.

Very very clean, first time using storage made easy by the lady on the phone. Would be 5 stars but lift to my floor not working, so found me a space on ground floor immediately. Only problem is I have to move to my other space when lift is fixed. Update: the team at UK storage have dealt with concerns re moving out in a very professional manner and are fully deserving of 5 stars. It was all very quick and easy to set up and access to the site was very straight forward too. Would definitely use UK Storage again if i needed to.

The setting up process was quick and easy. Anyone I've spoken to on the phone has been helpful and efficient. The building has always been clean and easy to access. We gave notice on our unit and then due to Covid we had to cancel that and everything was handled well. We've left now but would definitely use them again.
