Our modern office space is perfect for those wanting to set up another office or for a home business wanting to make the first step to a professional office. The lease is flexible with just a 12 week minimum term and 4 weeks notice required after that.
We know as a small business it can be hard to work with many varying costs so our office space is charged with everything included. Included in your office rent is the lighting, heating, parking, business rates and 24 hour access. The only item not included is the phone/broadband line – for this you have a contract direct with your supplier so you know you are getting a competitive rate. Each office to let has three phone points already installed and plenty of power sockets. Many of our customers have fibre optic broadband and acheive very quick upload and download speeds.
The offices have their own access door, with 24 hour access through a fob system. Each office has its own phone entry system so visitors can be “buzzed in” from the comfort of your office. Each business is required to have a small plaque or sign at the entrance so visitors can easily identify which office you are in.
There is a shared kitchen area in the office area with fridge, microwave, kettle and sink area. The office area has its own male and female toilets as well as a ground floor disabled toilet that is shared with the storage facility. We maintain these areas although we expect you to wash up your own items in the kitchen.
We of course have storage available to rent on site as well so if you occasionally need somewhere to store stock or promotional material it becomes very handy. We also offer a free delivery acceptance service so goods can be signed for even when you're not in. We don't think you'll find another office space in Bridgwater that offers such a complete package.
UK Storage receive and distribute the post which can be addressed directly to your company. Our staff can also sign for any deliveries that require a signature and let you know it has arrived if you are not available upon delivery.
The communal areas are maintained and cleaned by UK Storage so no matter which office you let, you will be based in a positive, bright, clean office environment.
Should your business grow while you are with us, you can move to a larger office without penalty (as long as there is an office to rent available).
We are on East Quay in Bridgwater, Somerset. Based just off Wylds Road you are easily linked to two motorway junctions as well as being perfectly placed for the town centre and Hinkley Point. The train station is four minutes by car or 18 minutes walk (according to Google Maps).

When I required storage for a few months while moving house and my new property not been ready i had no idea who to use. I had asked various companies for quotes but felt they were all too expensive then unexpectedly I had a call from Uk Storage. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and friendly i excepted his offer of a quote. Included in this quote was an offer of 3 months half price storage which in all honesty swayed my decision to use them. Although the area they were based in isn’t an area I would usually choose to store my belongings i asked many questions and was happy that there would be 24 hour camera surveillance and someone to answer the phone 24 hours a day and several doors which needed a passcode number to enter before you where even able to enter the units. On viewing the storage facilities I was genuinely surprised at how clean and welcoming it was as well as been on a busy retail park. The storage units themselves were extremely clean and secure and although i was placed on the first floor there was a lift to transport my items. The payment is taken by direct debt every 28 days and if you have paid for your final month but only require it for less days they will refund the days not used that month. Above all the most important factor I experienced was every member of the team I spoke to at any time of day or evening were extremely polite, helpful and a credit to there company.

We rented a unit for a period spanning Dec 2020 to Sept 2021. The premises are clean and tidy. Trolleys just inside the door. Goods lift if you are on upper floor. We were on 1st floor. The lighting comes on, as you walk around -motion detectors i guess. Plenty of accessibility, we never needed the out of hours service. All our goods were kept safe and dry. Thank you to UK storage customer service for their help answering my emails and supplying necessary invoices for the removal company to show French customs. Would recommend based on my experience.
I found UK storage facility very easy to use. It was very clean and easily accessible. Customer service was efficient. Even though I had a slight issue it was dealt with very professionally. I felt that my pocessions were safe. I would recommend the facility.
