UK Storage ‘Price Promise’

  • We’ll match an alternative quote based on like-for-like service
  • A like-for-like service means the same storage unit size, length of stay, location and any other store facilities, such as 24 hour access.
  • Our Price Promise is subject to our storage unit availability
  • The alternative storage quote must be no more than 30 days old
  • Competitor must be within a 5 miles radius of the store location
  • New customers only*
  • We do not match prices with our own UK Storage Company facilities
  • We do not match prices for contents protection
  • Price Promise rental rate will be for a maximum of 6 months
  • Applies to rental rate only
  • Manager has final decision

Self Storage Offer

  • The introductory offer and/or additional offer applies to your first 4,8 or 13 weeks storage period only
  • Any additional discount offered applies up to a period of 6 months only and is dependant on unit size, availability and location
  • Offer is applicable to new customers only* and subject to availability. No refunds are provided during a promotional/discount period. Outside of a promotional period, any unused rental days will be refunded, provided adequate notice is given, in line with the agreed terms and conditions
  • Only one discounted unit per customer
  • One household per offer
  • Cannot be combined with any other storage offer
  • The Manager’s decision is final
  • Charges relating to notice periods not provided in line with the terms and conditions will be charged at the standard rental rate

Military or Blue Light Card Holder Discount

  • The discount is applied after your initial promotion period has finished
  • The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount
  • Proof of eligibility will be required before the discount can be applied to your account
  • The discount will continue in line with the terms provided when your eligibility has been verified
  • Only one discounted unit per customer
  • One household per offer
  • The Manager’s decision is final
  • Charges relating to notice periods not provided in line with the terms and conditions will be charged at the standard rental rate
