On the Tunstall Trade Park, in north Stoke, we are on Brownhills Road next to Aldi and Topps Tiles. Our customers come from throughout North Staffordshire, as well as Hanley, Fenton, Burslem, Longton etc. we also have customers coming from further afield such as Kynpersley, Biddulph and Congleton.
With our unique set up you can view prices, book and move-in online anytime of day or night. Once your online payment has gone through you will receive your unique access code and can start using your storage unit from your specified date. You can book ahead of time to make sure we have the space available and complete all your details online in your own time. That means you’re not having to sort out paperwork on the day you start storing – often a time when you have lots going on like house removals.
We have an extended hours or 24 hour access option which can be added to your storage account for an additional fee, often used by businesses or individuals who work shifts. Removals companies like it too, especially if they have a long trip either coming in to storage or if you’re moving further afield than Newcastle-under-Lyme! We offer a specialised protection plan designed exclusively for self storage. This enhanced liability protection covers a wider range of risks than a standard household insurance and provides extra security for your valuable belongings should the unexpected occur. Your coverage remains valid while your items are stored inside your designated unit.
Please note: the policy does not cover loading, unloading, or transit periods. As this insurance is separate from your household policy, any claim will not impact your home insurance premium or any no-claims discount you’ve earned.

All customers have their own lock special lock they purchase when they start storing with us. This means no one has access to those keys before and we do not have access to your storage unit. You receive three keys so you can split them up and provide one to other people requiring access, such as your removal company.
There is CCTV throughout the site, recording all movements within the facility and outside. The digital footage is recorded and monitored off site.
Entry to and from the building is through a PIN pad and each customer has their own access code. This is all recorded through our software system and tracks who has been in and out. Using this set up the doors are kept closed at all time, we are the only self storage company to put this extra security measure in 24 hours a day.
We have a range of sizes that suit our business customers, with large storage units having double doors to make getting your goods in and out really easy. Self storage is a great solution for companies looking to store short or long term on a flexible basis. With only 14 days notice required to vacate your room and no notice required to increase or decrease your size. Your bill includes everything, lighting, business rates, all your overheads clear and easy to manage. Need multiple units across multiple sites? We can even put them all on one invoice should you require.
When storing with us, if you fill your self storage unit and decide you need more space you can change your room size up or down at any time (subject to availability of course). You can also take on an additional room – they don’t both have to be for the same period of time. Some people take a small space to declutter and sell their home and then an additional large room to accommodate their whole house contents when the sale has gone through. Other people use a bigger area to sort through their items and sell some of their goods, then downsize to a smaller room for the long term.
If you turn up on the day you want to start using us and find you need more (or less) space then as long as we have availability you can take a different size room at that point.
