EXCELLENT. I have never used this service before, so approached it with some trepidation, but the whole process was so easy, the staff who were local were so helpful and obliging when I made some amendments to my booking. The pricing was clear and unambiguous. When I actually went to visit the room I had booked I was very impressed with the cleansness of the whole building and my room in particular. The site was very secure and I felt very confident that my property was secure and kept in pristine conditions. I terminated my agreement after two and a half months and again that transaction was very easy and I actually done it by talking to a real person. I would be happy to recommend this site to anybody who wanted to store items in the short term

Needed a storage unit to facilitate house move. Initial set up over phone and on-line handled smoothly and efficiently. Numerous visits to storage over a number of months, always ample parking directly outside and always trolleys available to move contents from car to store or vice versa. Downsized unit after a few months and this was again handled without any issues. Units themselves are kept clean and secure. Highly recommend.

Great service from UK Storage at Linford Wood East. They were very helpful in finding me a suitably sized unit and were happy to let me have access to inspect the unit and the facility. The site has ample parking and the facility is spotlessly clean and seems to me to be very secure. I have no problem with there being no UK Storage staff at the site. They were always very easy to contact on the phone if needed and always helpful. I would not hesitate to use UK Storage again.

The facility booking process, key collection and information given was easy to understand and comprehensive. We had no issue at all getting access, putting our things in and out again. First time using self storage and had no idea about any of it. However after my first call to contact the sales team everything was made clear and information sent straight to me. They were flexible and allowed me to start the duration on the very day it suited me best and the payments were exactly as they detailed. I was very satisfied with the communication and speed of it too! The actual storage unit was well laid out, easy to use, clean tidy and plenty of access to get a van up close. Even though unmanned I felt at ease on site because contact was easy when required via telephone. If I ever need to use storage again I know where to go!

I WILL ONLY EVER USE UK STORAGE - ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A GREAT TEAM Having never used a storage facility before, it was a little daunting to say the least, especially as we were looking to store the complete contents of a 3-bed house. From the first conversation, I was made to feel comfortable. They recommended a certain sized unit and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The facility was spotlessly clean and well organised with plenty of trollies at the entrance to make light work. The unit felt very secure indeed with CCTV cameras to protect our worldly items. I had to phone their team on several occasions and the phone was answered immediately by a member of the team who actually enjoys their job! Access into the storage facility is be secure key code and you have your own personal lock for the actual unit inside. Next time we need storage, it will be UK Storage for us, without question. Literally everything was easy. Thank you to all the team!

I have only just started to use off site storage and went through a range of other companies offers. I choose UK Storage because it was a fair price for the volume and access. The ability to talk through options with "a person" on the phone was helpful. The total process of quote, query, onboarding and exit (I reduced my capacity) was smooth. A couple of matters arouse and they were addressed in less than an hour. Very please to recommend this provider.

Superb Experience - definitely recommend. From the initial enquiry phone call and throughout the hire period the service has been superb and I would recommend UK Storage. The staff take the time to discuss every aspect of hire andfind the right sized unit for your items. Though the actual site unit is not staffed there is active CCTV monitoring (verified as I phoned customer services whilst on site). The site is clean, secure, damp free - all is efficiently run. I would use again for both short term or long term unit hire.
