Couldn't have been easier organising and using the storage. The staff at the booking office were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. We did say the guys who monitor the cctv have the best job. They must spend all day watching, and laughing at, numpties like me trying to manoeuvre the trollies. Great service from everyone I dealt with, thank you.

Simple, Cost Effective and Stress free experience working with UK Storage Company Yeovil. I have recently had a locker space for 5 months as I was between homes and this new facility was very easy to access, clean and the staff at the end of the phone were always extremely helpful. Great storage company to go with in the Yeovil area, would highly recommend.

I'm returning to the UK to live after living in France for 23 years.I booked a unit OCT/Nov 2020, but due to lock downs, a minor illness was unable to take up the unit. Made contact again late November, secured a unit.... moved in to it 3rd December. All conversations were polite, very helpful, given codes, all good, not a problem.... Cheers guys....

Easy, clean, staff always at the end of the phone to help. Very straightforward. And I'm pleased to say that when I emptied my unit they closed down my account and refunded a couple of unused week's worth of rental within 2 days. Would use again :)

We used the UK Storage Companies facility in Yeovil for storing household items between house moves. The facility was always clean, bright and dry and we never had any problems getting in or out with our storage. When we did have a question we only had to make a quick phone call and spoke to someone in the office. I would recommend UK Storage Company to anyone and I would use again if needed.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the first point of contact with UK Storage, Tom, James, Emma, Chelsea, Olivia and the team have been nothing but helpful. We had to change our storage requirements a couple of times, one being at the very last minute and they were always there to help and offer advice. We would definitely recommend them.

If you need somewhere that is secure, well run, dry and well maintained for storage, look no further than UK Storage. The Yeovil facility was spotless, totally dry and worked well for me. There's plenty of space for turning a vehicle and several trollies to help with loading. If you need help at any time, there's a number to call and a friendly voice to sort out the issue. 5 star service that is hard to find these days!

Great, easy and good-value storage. Very easy to organise a storage container as a space to store our possessions whilst we moved house.The booking process and cancellation process were really simple and access was alwayseasy with plenty of room to park and trolleys to move stuff. The cost seemed very reasonable too, and they allowed us to have a two-week contract.

Excellent Storage Facility. Never stored any items before. I had to store my items whilst waiting for my new house to exchange. I chose UK Storage as they were so competitive. I was very happy with the service thatthey provided from start to finish. Very polite and helpful staff. If I wanted to speak to a member of staff my phone calls and emails were answered promptly. Secure and clean units and easily accessible to the lift. Would recommend UK Storage to anyone. If I need to store my items again I will be using UK again.

I had to use Yeovil storage for kitchen units for six weeks. Whilst I didn't see the storage unit, the whole process of arranging the unit to taking delivery of the kitchen units was easy. Dealing with operators who knew the site was very helpful and assuaged any concerns I might have had. Nothing was too much trouble. I'd highly recommend the team.
