Your room sits inside our Sugarbrook Drive building rather than out in the weather, and units are ambient rather than climate controlled, which helps keep condensation down. Perishables, food and fluids cannot be stored on site.

Your unit takes a UK Storage lock that cannot be picked, and you hold the only keys, so nobody else can get in. Entry to the Liverpool site is through your own unique gate code, with every movement tracked.

Yes. There is a passenger lift for moving belongings between floors and customer trolleys on site for heavy or bulky loads. The site also has high perimeter fencing and CCTV throughout, inside and out.

No. Cover is priced separately from the rent, and our terms require goods stored in Liverpool to be protected. StoreProtect is our own enhanced liability plan, chosen while you book, covering goods inside the unit rather than in transit.

No. Motorbikes and anything containing flammable liquids or gas cannot be stored at our Sugarbrook Drive site. Household goods, furniture and business stock are all welcome, but hazardous materials, perishables, firearms and animals are prohibited across every site.

No deposit is needed to secure a Liverpool unit. The only advance charge is a £10 reservation fee if you want to hold a room, and that is refunded on move-in or if you cancel within the reservation terms.
