Yate Storage FAQs

Our Yate building is on the Great Western Business Park on Armstrong Way, just above North Bristol, so we are handy for Chipping Sodbury, Frampton Cotterell, Winterbourne and Coalpit Heath. There is parking on site.

Yes. Yate has a passenger lift for moving belongings between floors, and customer trolleys are available on site, so you are not carrying heavy boxes further than you have to. Entry is by your own key code.

The Yate building is purpose-built for home furnishings and electrical items, and the rooms are ambient controlled rather than climate controlled, which keeps the risk of condensation down. They are not heated or air conditioned.

Access seven days a week within standard hours is included at Yate, running Monday to Friday 08:00 to 19:00, Saturday 08:30 to 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. A 24-hour option is available for a small charge.

You pay by card when you book at Yate and then by direct debit, which is our preferred method. All charges, including how billing works, are confirmed when you book and set out in our terms.

Yes. There are designated customer spaces at the Yate site on Armstrong Way, including accessible ones, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trolleys are on site to help you move your load from the car.

There is no deposit at our Yate facility. A £10 reservation fee holds a unit for up to 13 weeks while you finalise plans, and it is refunded when you move in or if you cancel within the reservation terms.
