As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.

About the Role

The Customer Engagement Executive is responsible for managing customer enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a first-class experience throughout the customer journey.

Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will handle both inbound and outbound interactions, converting enquiries into reservations and occupancy while building strong relationships with customers. This role suits someone who is passionate about customer service, commercially minded, and confident in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, web chat, and other communication channels.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into storage reservations and occupancy.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to follow up on leads and maximise conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored storage solutions.
  • Support customers throughout their storage journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Achieve individual sales and performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Accurately update customer information within company systems and CRM platforms.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support business objectives and occupancy growth.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
