Residential and Business Self Storage Units
Our Yate self storage building is a purpose-built facility designed specifically to look after home furnishings and electrical items so you can be safe in the knowledge your goods will come out in the same condition they went in. The bright self storage units near you have free access seven days a week and have a 24/7 access option available if required for an additional fee. You can move in any time of day or night, with our staff available until 7pm Monday to Saturday and 5pm on Sundays.
Our self storage facility just above North Bristol is on the Armstrong Business Park in Yate. Ideal for storage in Chipping Sodbury, we also have customers coming from Frampton Cotterell, Winterbourne and Coalpit Heath.
At UK Storage Company in Yate booking your self storage is easy, you can get a price, book and even check-in online any time of day. You can then access your storage unit without charge seven days a week during our office hours. If you require longer access, we have a twenty four hour access option, available seven days a week for a small charge.
You can stay for as little as fourteen days or as long as you like. You pay your first four weeks rent in advance by card and after that on direct debit. If you move out in the middle of a payment period, don’t worry we refund you any rent you do not use. You do not have to stay the whole period to get the offer and you only pay for the days you use, with only 14 days minimum stay.
We of course would love you stay for a long time, but appreciate your requirements will change, hence we will be as flexible as we can to support you on your self storage journey.

We offer a specialised protection plan designed exclusively for self storage. This enhanced liability protection covers a wider range of risks than a standard household insurance and provides extra security for your valuable belongings should the unexpected occur. Your coverage remains valid while your items are stored inside your designated unit.
Please note: the policy does not cover loading, unloading, or transit periods. As this insurance is separate from your household policy, any claim will not impact your home insurance premium or any no-claims discount you’ve earned.

We work hard to offer you high-quality storage and to make sure your goods are looked after. However, we know everyone is working to a budget, so we monitor prices locally and make sure our prices are competitive. See our Terms and Conditions for our UK Storage Price Promise.
We’re one of the few storage companies that have CCTV throughout the facility, both inside and out. All images are recorded on digital HD CCTV 24 hours a day, with an eye kept on your possessions. With our access software, all movements in and out of the facility are tracked, with each customer having their own unique code to go through the two sets of security doors. The locks we use are specialised barrel locks adding an extra layer of security. Each lock comes with three keys, allowing you to give access to friends, family, or colleagues if needed. You are the only person who has access to your goods, we do not have access to your storage unit. If you are using a removals firm then you can grant them access by adding their contact details to your account and giving them one of your keys.
From sales reps storing promotional materials, engineers storing spare parts, and businesses of all types storing stock, we have a variety of companies using us. With only a very short-term commitment needed to use storage you can see why. As sales increase or a shipment arrives you can add more space either with a larger unit or an extra one. We’re very flexible, you can also downsize without penalty. Need somewhere safe to keep your tools? Store them with us.
