How It Works – 4 Easy Steps

Noke Unit Unlocked

  1. Download the UK Storage App
    After booking your storage unit, download the UK Storage App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Verify your ID
    Register and complete the verification of your ID. Once this is done, you will have access to your storage dashboard, along with details of the facility and your unit(s)!
  3. Access your storage facility
    When you are within range of the facility, open the UK Storage App to access your storage unit. You can open gates, doors, and your unit with just a single tap—ideal for when your hands are full!

    • Top tip: Ensure that your Bluetooth, mobile data, and location services are all enabled. If you don’t have mobile data at one of our smart entry facilities, you can connect to the guest Wi-Fi.
  4. Tap to Unlock
    When you arrive at your storage unit, touch the white plastic window to “wake up” the device. Then, tap to open your unit using the UK Storage App.
