I’ve recently had problems accessing and using the app. However, after contacting the company and having a lengthy conversation with Sammy Bush, the whole matter is now addressed. Very easy setup and the process was straightforward. I think the only thing that lets it down is the optional for Lighting inside the unit ( don’t expect it for free but if there was a paid option that would be amazing Again if it had WiFi in the building again would make it just that extra bit better Overall great customer service and easy setup . Just a few small tweaks would make it outstanding !!
