Great service. Because I have medical physical problems they allowed me to have an easy access container for standard price. Worth asking.

I needed a container for a few months, UK storage were the most competitive due to their 50% discount they have going, I was really surprised how simple setting up my account and how fast I could move in! They supplied me with a free padlock and a security code to enter the compound which really made me feel the place was secure and safe. When I called to tell them I was moving out, the process was again ,simple and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful from the start of booking a unit. Easy process and units are well secure.

Helped my daughter clear out her storage locker here, she rated the price and service.

I was helped by a maintenance man on site on Tuesday 15th Jan as my lock had broke the day very before the key had snapped inside lock I was told by the office the day before I would need to call out an emergency locksmith at a cost of £90 and buy a new barrel I came back the next day and saw the man (forgot his name ) but he was great and sorted the problem straight away put a new barrel on and gave me a more secure lock that did not require keys problem sorted immediately Thank you very much Man from Bridgewater on Tuesday 15th January who was on site about 10.30 am 👍

Very helpful, Good location. Great storage

We stored our items with UK Storage for 15 months popping by from time to time to keep an eye on things. Access to site was via our own gate code and we had our own lockable keylock on our unit. Overall site seemed reasonable secure however they could of done with a few more cctv camera's to increase the security onsite. The Unit's were clean and heated for colder weather, although we saw no evidence of the heaters working during our visits. We had a few problems with charges being increased despite a promise of a 12 month freeze and an issue with a refund at the end. However these issues were finally sorted by several emails either side an in a courteous way which concluded my queries amicably. Overall not a perfect experience hence the four stars but a company that I would recommend for storing your items.

Really helpful service and kind staff. I asked for help with a stiff lock and Peter changed the whole thing over for me in a couple of minutes.

I would highly recommend this company for storage. I needed a unit whilst moving home. The process to hire a unit was simple and easy to understand. The staff are friendly and helped me choose the correct size unit for my needs. The units are excellent value for money.
