Amazing place to store stuff, easy to use and open good hours

Spoke to Lizzy on the phone today. What fantastic service, so polite and helpful a real credit to the company. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. I shall definitely use UK storage from now on just because her service was so good.

It does what it says it does. We went in a hired transit van to help our son move some of his stuff out of the storage unit to his new house. I've never been to a storage unit before (never had the need to) but the entry pin code gate & entrance seemed to do the job. All in all our son is pleased with the service he's had from UK Storage near Rugby.

Its a very clean and safe environment. Great location, plenty space for parking, toilet facilities very clean. I do recommend the place 👍😉

Although I am several decades old. This is my 1st time using storage. The company that I am using in Sheffield I consider to be 1st class. Talking to me can prove problematic. I will repeat myself and ask the same questions again, sometimes within minutes. This is due to problems with my memory. The front of house staff manning the phones are at all times extremely pleasant, professional and friendly. Walking around the site posed no problems and I found everything to be exceptionally clean. I am a very impressed client.
