Any changes in costs (such as the introductory discount ending) was communicated well ahead of time. Paying for the unit was straightforward, with a direct debit every four weeks. Giving notice was done over the phone, and without hassle. Overall, I would recommend.

I’ve been using storage for pretty much 7/8 years, having used Big yellow, strong room and safe store in the past . When I moved, I found that uk storage was virtually on my door step so I took a look online to get details and prices etc to compare with the current facility I was using, not only was the price competitive but the whole set up was far easier due to it being totally online or by phone. I got a unit that fully suited my needs and at the drop of a hat and extremely short notice arranged short term caravan storage. The building is well maintained and clean and easy access and precessional helpful staff, so all in all I would highly recommend Uk storage to anyone long or short term as I’ve not experienced any issues at all.

Having rented storage for over a year from my initial enquiry to my phone call announcing my departure the staff at UK Storage Company were courteous and helpful throughout. Their rates are very competitive and the rental period flexible. The storage facility is clean, secure and easily accessible, provided you have the correct codes of course. There is a good selection of lockers to choose from and again these are clean and bright. A new sealed barrel lock is purchased at the beginning so all keys are in the possession of the renter. Trolleys are provided at the entrance to allow ease of use, the facility is well lit with toilet facilities and lifts provided. Access is available at any time. The same code gives access to the site and the facility itself. The code is also required to exit the compound too. Excellent all round, I will use this company again.

I needed storage for a short time and this was easy to arrange. I felt that this storage facility was secure and safe. I never felt unsafe when putting objects in my unit and some of my visits were at night. The unit was securely locked with my own lock which was new in its sealed package. When it came time for me to empty the unit it was easy to phone and confirm that the it was no longer needed, emptied and that I had taken the lock away. Good service and should I need storage in the future I would not hesitate to use again.

A change of home and frightening removal costs combined with a lack of availability forced me to come up with a plan B. I rented 2 units at UK storage in Fareham and using hire vans moved as much as possible prior to completion on our new home. Easy to get to twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Half price for the first six weeks which is a bargain. The place is very clean and well laid out with various sizes of units for hire. The traffic on the main Gosport road is the only drawback if you want to get out during the day, as it is almost non stop especially during peak periods.
