Do go for a ground floor option if you can, it made life much easier. Price definitely wasn't the cheapest but offered value for money for my needs. Finally closed my unit this month. Even better if you try to use the offer period rather than keep it for ages like I did as prices did creep up over time.

Easy 1st contact and set up. Decent sized unit rental to suit all needs. You can pretty much come and go as you please to access your unit from about 8am till 8pm I think it was. You get an access code and your in, use any of the 8 or so trollies available to you. We had the unit for about 10 months whilst moving, went in at least 3 times a week in that time and never waited for a trolley once. Highly recommended.

Storage isn't exciting but I got lucky....... I found that I needed storage back in December of 2019. Having searched around I decided that UKStorage was my best option. The whole booking process was simple and after discussing my needs I settled for a medium sized unit on the 1st floor. Access to the compound and the building was very simple and the proximity of the lift to my unit was excellent. The unit itself is well maintained and any time I have had to get in touch the phone was answered promptly and whoever I spoke to was always very helpful. no longer needing storage I handed my unit back on a Monday afternoon around 15.30. By the time I got back home, around half an hour later, my account had been closed and a refund arranged. I didn't expect a refund, I gave up the unit before my month was up , but that was my choice. Should I need storage in the future, to coin a phrase.......................I will be back............. Thank you to everyone on the team

Just wanted to say how excellent the staff and facilities are at UK Storage Facility Swindon. After a very stressful weekend with our removal company not turning up as well a myriad of other issues they not only gave us 24 hr access to take the pressure off us arranging an alternative temp storage, re-jigged the booking of the empty (but booked) storage container nearest to us when we needed additional space making unloading much easier, every time I called them they bent over backwards to help us. The facility itself was spotless with plenty of parking and trolleys - I cannot recommend them enough, having used other well known storage facilities this company is by far the best.

We only needed a storage facility for 5 or 6 weeks to help with a house move and, never having used such facilities before, our research found that not only was the UK Storage Company building conveniently located for us, the service provided was everything we expected. The building is purpose built and it was easy to select the right sized unit with the online guide and further suggestions by phone. Access is very secure and easy once we received our code by email and text. Trolleys are provided and there is a goods lift for the upper floors, although we were on the ground floor, by choice. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the thoughtful design that meant we could move large pieces of furniture around easily. There were no lights in our unit but once the wide door was opened right back there was plenty of light from the corridor. Overall, we found exactly the storage solution and service we hoped for and would have no hesitation in using UK Storage again and recommending them to others.
