Excellent, value-for-money storage with great customer service. As a first time storage user I didn't know what to expect or how to proceed. I have to say it was a faultless experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful with a good knowledge of their services and a friendly, professional attitude - they made everything so easy for me. I had a super secure and clean unit with goods trolleys on hand to move heavier objects. Plenty of parking space to load and unload my vehicle and numerous cameras stationed in and around the building which made me feel completely safe while accessing my unit on my own. I'm happy to recommend UK Storage Weston-super-Mare and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I've never known a company to have as good a customer service as UK storage. The phone is picked up almost instantly Every time, Every member of staff I've spoken to have been super friendly. I had to move from Weston unit to an avonmouth unit and the whole thing was switched over and ready to go whilst I was still on the phone, even the same personal keycode. The prices are the best I've found in my area, and the welcome discount is such good value. You get a personal code and it's easy to come and go as you please. Absolutely Wouldn't go anywhere else for storage.

Very nice storage facility. Clean and easy to access. Entrance is wide and van can be parked right next to the door. Good trolleys and large lift for goods only - stairs for the people. Slope up to the lift, so care required loading trolleys.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ben was the first person I spoke to, who was very helpful and understanding of my needs. He gave me a quote and explained the whole process very well. I booked the storage facility and he emailed me the details. Unfortunately, when I got to the room that was allocated for me, I realised it was not going to be big enough, so phoned the branch and a very helpful lady found some alternative rooms which were vacant and directed me to them so I could see which one would be ideal. She quoted me the extra cost which I agreed and was allowed to start moving my items in straight away, allowing me to complete the paperwork online later in the day. What great service!! After only 2 weeks I no longer needed the storage facility, so I phoned up to give the 14 days notice which was required and there was no hassle in cancelling the agreement. A very sleek and professional business with great customer service, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

whilst lookin for a local garage to rent (for storage) i actually found u can rent a proper storage unit for the same price! (£30 wk) so instead of a damp leaky garage, i got a clean secure unit with my own pin code so i could come and go as i pleased. the site itself is unmaned with a helpline number to call the friendly staff with any issues. like forrest gump im not a smart man, but the check in process was super quick n easy to understand. will deffo use again!

GREAT STAFF AND FACILITIES. I phoned about 3 companies and UK Storage stood out as the ones that instantly made me feel at ease with their friendliness and sunny outlook. I hadn’t a clue what I wanted or needed butwith various answers I gave, they worked out a suitable size for my needs, a choice of having inside or outside access finished off the package and I duly signed up and sorted the Direct Debit with the staff. We arrived for the first time loaded with a code to access the site and instructions on how a lock would be left for us (brand new, sealed in its packaging so we knew we had all keys). The site was clean, well maintained and obviously secure and we had no worries that our things were secure. I gave notice and spoke to a different person, who couldn’t fail to cheer you up. I actually had the lockup cleared a few days early and was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund for the days I did not use. Yes storage is boring but you won’t beat the facilities and staff at UK Storage

We booked from abroad, and found the whole team to be super-responsive online and on the phone, including the out of hours support - which we needed due to delayed travel plans. The facility is very secure with each person having their individual access code. It is clean and there are plenty of trollies available. In our opinion everyone should have a lock up like this to free up their garage for the car.

I am very recommended the ukstorage! The system use is very easy! You can do online the storageroom rental. All information will arrive on email, but also you can callup them. The acces to the site in/out with code. Wide enough for parking, onsite 4wheels push carrier. Big lift to the floors. Always clean and tidy, onsite toilett. Airconditioned. You can choose many size of storage rooms, they provide the new barrel lock with 3keys. What you will keep and next time you can use it again. The customer service is absolute superb, I was very satisfide with them. Overall: Yes! If I need again storage I will choose the ukstorage.

Used UK Storage during a house move, had to move our storage start date a few time due to Covid 19 lock down, customer service was excellent fast response each time via email, even changing storage size. This is unmanned but someone always on the phone if needed, no issues getting access would definitely recommend.
