Great service and very handy for me
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ben was the first person I spoke to, who was very helpful and understanding of my needs. He gave me a quote and explained the whole process very well. I booked the storage facility and he emailed me the details. Unfortunately, when I got to the room that was allocated for me, I realised it was not going to be big enough, so phoned the branch and a very helpful lady found some alternative rooms which were vacant and directed me to them so I could see which one would be ideal. She quoted me the extra cost which I agreed and was allowed to start moving my items in straight away, allowing me to complete the paperwork online later in the day. What great service!! After only 2 weeks I no longer needed the storage facility, so I phoned up to give the 14 days notice which was required and there was no hassle in cancelling the agreement. A very sleek and professional business with great customer service, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Clean and well organised facilities, great advise from helpful staff over the phone, straight forward to sort out and use. Definitely one less stress removed from the whole moving house during Covid issue - thanks guys.
