Dedicating storage unit to local charity
Evesham, Worcestershire – UK Storage Company is proud to announce its support for the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by leukaemia and advancing research and awareness within the community.

Opening of the storage unit for Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust
As a national self storage company, UK Storage places its local sites at the heart of the communities they serve. At its recently opened 30th location in Evesham, the company has formed a meaningful partnership with the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust by providing a complementary self storage unit. This support enables the Trust to securely manage the substantial donations it receives from both local and national contributors. The charity had been in urgent need of additional space to accommodate the growing volume of donations essential to its operations.
Founded in memory of Tracy Sollis—a courageous young girl who faced leukaemia with remarkable strength at just 15 years old—the Trust has become a beacon of hope and compassion in Evesham and beyond. Through its tireless work, the charity continues to fund vital medical equipment, support patients and families, and promote education around blood cancers.
On Friday, August 8th, 2025, we had the wonderful opportunity to welcome Mayor Councillor John Clatworthy and Mayoress Councillor Mrs. Marion Griffiths to our new location in Evesham for the grand opening of the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust storage unit!
Mayor Councillor John Clatworthy announced:
“UK Storage Company has graciously provided the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust with six months of free rent on a UK Storage unit! This incredible support will substantially lower Sue Sollis ‘storage costs, allowing her to easily move goods and maintain a well-stocked shop. It’s a wonderful gesture that truly enhances the charity’s ability to continue its vital work. Together, UK Storage Company and the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust are poised to make a meaningful difference in our community!”
Nick Hand, Chief Executive Officer of UK Storage, commented:
“UK Storage is honoured to support the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust, a charity whose work continues to inspire and uplift the community of Evesham. Established in memory of Tracy Sollis—a courageous young girl who faced leukaemia with remarkable strength at the age of 15—the Trust embodies resilience, compassion, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference. We are proud to contribute to their ongoing mission and stand alongside them in their efforts to bring hope and support to those affected.”
Sue Sollis, Founder Member of the charity, added:
“The Trust has received a huge increase in support towards its local charity shop. The problem was how we could possibly manage the large influx of donations. On making enquiries, we were absolutely over the moon when UK Storage offered us six months’ rental free. We are massively grateful to the company for such generous and much-needed assistance.”
