UK Storage Company have an immediate opening for a sales advisor with strong administrative skills to join our team. Ideally you would have previously worked in a Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Field Sales Executive, or Account Management position with a strong customer focus. We are looking for someone with: A consistent and passionate customer focus with the ability to naturally build a rapport with customers of all types and gain their commitment through your strong desire to always go the extra mile - first impressions are essential, but positive lasting impressions are equally as valuable within this business! An excellent phone manner Confidence in your written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence Intermediate IT skills Administrative and organisational ability You would be handling incoming sales enquiries for customers at any of our 19 locations, providing a first class service to a very diverse customer base. All sales calls are either inbound calls or calls to customers who have already enquired. We have a very friendly and motivated team, who will assist you in getting settled into your new role. On the job training will be provided. Basic salary is £17,500 per year, plus OTE, which would bring the salary in the range of £22 - £24k per year. On target earnings ARE currently being achieved by our sales staff. Our opening hours are: 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm Saturday 10am - 4pm Sunday The rota is a combination of day, evening and weekend hours.

UK Storage Company is looking for a new member of our construction team. We design and build all our own warehouse storage fit-outs. General building skills and a good work ethic are required. This position is for a multi-skilled builder or carpenter, with minimum five years' experience. Specific experience within the storage industry is NOT required. In-house training will be provided, if needed. We have two teams: * AWAY team - You will be based in Bridgwater, however this team works away 3 - 5 days per week at our sites further afield. You receive a 10% increase in wages when working away and a £35 / day subsistence payment for each overnight stay. Travel in a company vehicle is paid at full pay to and from site and accommodation is provided. * HOME team - Travels from Bridgwater to our nearer sites daily in a company vehicle. Travel to and from sites is paid at full pay. Infrequent overnight stays may be needed. (In this case, the AWAY team wage increase and subsistence payments apply if staying overnight.) Please include in your covering letter whether you are employed, willing to join the AWAY or HOME team and any notice period required. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. The head office is based in Bridgwater, but you will travel to various UK Storage locations in a company provided vehicle. Full pay for travel is provided both ways. Overtime is available - as much as you want! Our team generally start early and finish at normal time, so overtime is in the morning, rather than the evening. UK Storage Company has an immediate opportunity for general labourers to join us. We are a quickly growing company with 17 locations in the UK. We design and build all our own warehouse storage fit outs. Previous experience on a building site and a good work ethic are required. CSCS card holders are preferred, but this is not mandatory. General labouring duties include clearing up, unloading materials and assisting tradesmen. Maintaining a neat, tidy and safe work site is a priority. On-the-job training for unit construction will be provided. All health and safety training will be provided. We have two teams: AWAY team - You will be based in Bridgwater, however this team works away 3 - 5 days per week at our sites further afield. UK Storage Company is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated candidate for our headquarters location in Bridgwater. A warm, outgoing personality is of the utmost importance, as a large part of this job is building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers when they visit the facility. Our customers should have the best possible experience, so attention to detail is extremely important when processing their paperwork for their storage room. Worried that you will be stuck behind a desk all day? Not here! There are plenty of things to get you up and moving: showing potential customers around the building, taking deliveries on behalf of customers, ensuring rooms are looking spotless for future customers and more. The warehouse and reception need to look their very best each day, and you will coordinate with the Facility Operations Manager with respect to maintenance and repairs of the site. There is an ongoing high level of customer interaction by phone and in person. This is a family run company and every member of our team is valued. Everyone will do their best to help you get settled in to your new position quickly. A training program is provided.   Responsibilities and Duties Speaking with customers on self-storage needs and availability Processing customer paperwork during move-in and move-out Dealing with customer enquiries, processing payments and chasing outstanding invoices Selling products to customers in store General housekeeping of reception, storage area and car park - conducting walk-around checks of all three floors of the building at the beginning and end of each day, sweeping recently vacated rooms, etc. Ensure appropriate levels of stationery, stock and cleaning supplies are on hand Qualifications and Skills Excellent people skills Strong organisational and time management skills Attention to details GCSE Maths and English PC Literacy   Our opening times are: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on Saturday. We are looking to recruit an exceptional customer service candidate to join our team. This role is phone based, and you will be working in our head office location in Bridgwater. The successful applicants will need to be able to listen and empathise with customers’ individual situations, as well as have an excellent phone manner. UK Storage currently has 15 locations throughout the South West, with two more opening the near future - and further sites planned. Our company aim is to provide a great product and the best possible service to our customers.
