Store your belongings securely with us

Our Burton on Trent self storage facility is a brand new modern warehouse based in Stretton on the Derby Road near Burton Albion football ground  – opposite the Vauxhall garage. With free seven-day access and the option to move in whenever you want, we are a really flexible storage company.

You can store as little as one day with us but our minimum charge is fourteen days with fourteen days notice required when you come to move out. There is no security deposit to pay you just pay four weeks in advance and any rent you haven’t used when you move out is refunded back to you.

Please note all our prices INCLUDE VAT whereas some of our competitor’s prices do not! We work very hard to make sure we are the best-priced storage in Burton.

Based just off Derby Road in Burton at Albion Gateway, we are well-positioned to serve customers from Beam Hill, Rolleston, Tutbury, Hilton and further afield. Stapenhill and Winshill are in between our storage units in Burton and our storage in Swadlincote, so whichever West Midlands facility suits you better.

We offer a specialised protection plan designed exclusively for self storage. This enhanced liability protection covers a wider range of risks than a standard household insurance and provides extra security for your valuable belongings should the unexpected occur. Your coverage remains valid while your items are stored inside your designated unit.

Please note: the policy does not cover loading, unloading, or transit periods. As this insurance is separate from your household policy, any claim will not impact your home insurance premium or any no-claims discount you’ve earned.

The security of your goods is our first thought. You have your own unique PIN for access into the storage, the doors are always kept closed and you enter and exit using your PIN. You purchase a high-security lock which you hold the only keys to, this lock cannot be picked. Throughout the facility, there is digital HD CCTV recording 24 hours a day.

Businesses store with us because we only have a 14-day minimum storage commitment, you can change size without penalty and your goods are safe inside a modern self storage facility. We have trolleys and a lift so there is no need to carry heavy goods and you can sort through your company’s materials without being exposed to the elements.

We have storage units of all shapes and sizes, ranging from a small shed or cupboard size up to single and double garage sizes. You can move between room sizes at short notice, paying the new rent from the day you move. Don’t worry if you choose the wrong size room, you can always change the size on the day as long as we have one available.
