We're the only storage company in Yeovil open seven days a week, with free access for our customers while our office is open, and twenty four hour access available should our customer require it. We keep our gates closed so that only our customers are on site - access is through your own unqiue security code. There is plenty of parking, with plenty of space to unload and load.
You’ll be relieved to know that once all the hard work is done at your end – whether it be defrosting a freezer ready to move, looking through all those old CD’s you’d forgotten about or packing up a dusty loft – your move in to us here in Yeovil couldn’t be easier. You can use our extra-large flatbed trollies and our lift system to minimise the weight lifting and exertion normally associated with moving house.
We’ve spent a lot of time streamlining the move in process here at UK Storage, and we think we have it perfected. To save you time and energy when you’re already as busy as you want to be – you can complete the paperwork in your own home on a computer, or even using a smart phone while you’re on the move. We think you could probably even complete it while skydiving, if that sort of thing floats your boat. There’s a couple of very clear and simple terms to agree to, and then a few clicks later the contract is back with us and you’re all set to move in. You can check in to your storage any time of day.
Obviously security is paramount for UK Storage Company as a whole. With all the weird and wonderful things we have stored here, we need to be 100% sure that our sites are not too far off Fort Knox. The first step to securing your goods is that our gates are always closed, 24 hours a day. Each customer is given their own unique security gate code. This allows you access to the compound and the facility. Another benefit to this is that we can always identify anyone on site at any one point. We can tell who has been on site and for how long. This is all monitored and seen through our state of the art CCTV system. Covering both inside and outside the building, your goods as well as you are always safe.
Once you’ve accessed the building, each storage unit is individually locked with our American style, high security lock. These are barrel shaped, which adds an additional layer of security as these cannot be simply cut. Our customers are also the only holder of the keys, so even we don’t have access to the rooms. The locks sit flush with the doors, making it impossible to remove (people do lose keys from time to time, so we can arrange a locksmith for you should you be one of the unlucky ones). It’s always wise to split the keys up between you and a close friend, or keep one in that kitchen drawer that’s always full of spare keys and old batteries.
The options available for storage are plenty. We have storage units in all shapes and sizes, starting from a small, phone box size room right up to a room to fit a 5 bedroom house in. Either way we hope to find you a room that will fit like a glove (sorry but that's the best way we could shoe-horn in a Glovers reference for all those Yeovil Town fans).

To allow flexibilty, you only pay for the days rent that you actually stay with us. Any rent that you have overpaid will be refunded back to you once you have vacated. You weren’t expecting that now were you? That means you can stop using us when you want, so if your house move completes on a Wednesday mid month you can leave without penalty. Just give us 14 days notice.
