Many of our storage sites have a 24 hour access option available. This allows you to gain access through the locked site gates outside of our office hours. You will need to be set up with 24 hour access ahead of time should you require it, and this is very easy to add. If you haven't added it already please call your branch and they can add it to your account today. It is available for a small charge, four weeks at a time, or on a daily basis, should you need to access for one day. This is proving particularly popular at certain sites, such as our storage in Gloucester or our Fareham self storage facility. Being able to access the site 24/7 is a very good option for our business customers.
Having unrestricted access to your goods, 24 hours a day and seven days a week is such a huge benefit that we had to implement a system that allows us to provide this for our customers. As an alternative to waiting on site in case a customer needs access when we are closed, we have installed a state of the art access system that is easy to use and highly secure. Our 24 hour access is extremely popular with the majority of our customers - allowing the freedom to store or peruse your precious possessions as and when you need to. We understand that having opening hours that exactly match our average customers own working hours does not offer the flexibility that we strive to achieve. No longer do you need to take time off of work to use self storage. No longer must you wait until 9am to retrieve your tools for the day or stock for your business. No more will you have to use a cheap disposable barbecue because your top of the range gas BBQ is stored away in your storage room on one of the rare, gloriously sunny bank holiday Mondays. Store with us and your access hours are whatever suits you.
We manage a customer only site, meaning that unless you are a current or potential customer with us, access to the site will be denied. Entry to and exit from our locations are achieved through a unique PIN code that is issued to customers upon storing with us. This is entered in to a key pad to access the site and then again when you wish to leave. The gate or entry doors are electronic and will close behind you automatically. All entries to and exits from our facilities are recorded with our digital 24 hour CCTV, and customer PIN's are logged. In the highly unlikely event that anything should occur outside of our office hours that you need our assistance with, you can quickly contact a member of staff through our emergency service, using the phone number that is on the gate or supplied on a text message when you move in.
