We're fairly new customers, but we found the process so easy and simple. I recently needed first aid after an intense weekend of multiple trips to our unit and Paul was on hand with the first aid box and gave me clear directions to the (very clean!) bathroom. I appreciate the strong security focus with the pin control, you can only go to your floor and your unit which means getting lost in an endless backrooms labyrinth isn't a problem.

Staff is friendly, and it’s easy to access. I book it through online and it’s much cheaper than others storage sites. Would consider them if I need the service again!
