William and Jose are brilliant, top notch service from start to finish and even offered me a cup of tea!, if you ever need storage, this is the place to go! If your in the Gloucester area won't get a better customer experience makes everything so easy

Billy (one of the assistants) was absolutely brilliant I couldnt have asked for better support or monthly fee. Put it this way, i rented 75 square feet of storage. The average charge for other storage centers in Gloucester was around £46 per week and Shurghuard charges only £77 PER MONTH for the same space.

I had an excellent experience with UK Storage Company, thanks in no small part to Gabriele Blagova. From my very first enquiry through to completing the registration for my storage unit, Gabriele was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The whole process was explained clearly, and every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Moving home can be a stressful time, but Gabriele made arranging storage completely straightforward and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear that customer service was a genuine priority. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about ensuring everything goes smoothly. Thanks to Gabriele's support, registering for my storage unit was quick, simple, and stress-free. A huge thank you to Gabriele for providing such outstanding customer service. I was helped by a maintenance man on site on Tuesday 15th Jan as my lock had broke the day very before the key had snapped inside lock I was told by the office the day before I would need to call out an emergency locksmith at a cost of £90 and buy a new barrel I came back the next day and saw the man (forgot his name ) but he was great and sorted the problem straight away put a new barrel on and gave me a more secure lock that did not require keys problem sorted immediately Thank you very much Man from Bridgewater on Tuesday 15th January who was on site about 10.30 am 👍
