FIRST CLASS, PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER FOCUSED EXPERIENCE. Having never been in a position where I needed to store products in between moving homes, this is my experience with using the UK Storage Company Telford. Firstly booking the storage, how easy is this using there on line storage size calculator, a few clicks later and your done, storage booked. This is then followed up with a confirmation email, which includes a step by step guide. I must also say the cost is very competitive, a lot less than what I thought it would be. Ok, on the day of moving it was clear that I had made an error with the size of storage unit required, basically I had missed out several large items when using their on line size calculator. A quick phone call to UK Storage and they sorted out an additional unit there and then, no hassle whatsoever. I must say that the process from start to finish could not have been any smoother, a great professional customer focused team, THANK YOU.

I used two units at the Telford site while in the process of moving house. The facility is great. It's clean and well maintained. When I did have an issue accessing the site using the keypad, a quick call to the call centre had it sorted in a matter of minutes. Great service.

Excellent storage facility, accessible when ever you want at your own leisure. First floor unit but no problem with the use of large trolleys and a large lift and with no staff offices in the building there's no need to worry about the noise opening and closing the lift gate and door.

A very friendly sales team, sorted out all my problems when I did get enough storage in the first place quickly and efficiently. Using storage made our moving into the area so much easier. Refunded booking no problem due to late cancellation. Booked a unit with UK Storage, Telford due to an impending house move. Had to cancel my booking two days before moving in to the storage unit due to the buyer of my house pulling out last minute. UK Storage refunded my up front payment. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and their online booking system is easy to use.

UK Storage Telford - 10/10 Really clean facility, easy to access. Plenty of trollies to help get items into the storage units which are a great size. Competitive rates. Customer service was excellent, always a friendly voice to answer any questions I had. Really easy to use online portal too.

Well maintained place, clean and easy accessible. Few simple, but smart solutions (i.e. entrance code, troleys, lift, cameras). Self-serviced storage eiminates necessity of having it staffed but at the same time with lovely and easily reachable cusstomer service, which on the other hand reduces cost of storaging for customers. I needed it only for quick house move but highly recommend the place. Great communication and quick email response/confirmation of any action needed.

All good, booking online was simplicity itself and I was storing stuff same day. Unmanned building was no problem at all although I was a bit skeptical at first, entering the building and unit was a smooth and secure process. Everywhere was spotless and covid safe. Terminating my contract was no problem either, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Recommended. The registration process is simple and you can 'move in' without even needing to speak to another human (exactly what some of us prefer!). The building is well situated and easily accessed. Heavy duty trollies are provided and there's a freight elevator as you go in. Everything is clean and well lit, and there are security cameras everywhere. I was tempted to remove one star because the unit I rent was supposed to be 45sqft but is only 41.5; that's within the +/-10% tolerance detailed in the small print so I'll give them that, but I can't help feeling cynical (e.g. if the largest 240sqft units are 10% smaller than advertised they'll have room for the same number of additional small 20sqft units).

Flexible terms made it attractive to me, once I had familiarised myself with how it work when I was there, then it was a great storage facility. Easy and simple to close the unit as it was to start it up. Recommend highly

WELL DONE GUYS/GALS GOOD JOB. Started with a small 70sqft unit,moved up to a 140sqft unit without any hassle. The guys/gals at UK Storage were always at the end of the phone customer care was paramount to them. The Telford site was clean and very easy to access.

UK STORAGE Just completed a 15 month unit hire with UK Storage and the service has been great. Talking to people live versus automated answering machines for a a real bonus of dealing with UK Storage.Was simple to start and stop the agreement. Excellent facility The staff were great. Really helpful. From initial contact to filling the unit everything went smoothly. Although facility isn't manned I didn't feel in anyway unsafe. If you need a safe, clean and handy location I would highly recommend.

Good location for Telford & Shrewsbury and very easy to find. I had 2 units, 1 larger than the other and between the 2 was able to get all my belongings, for a house move, in. Both units were on the ground floor and had excellent access, especially using the trolleys provided. would certainly use UK storage again.
