FANTASTIC TEAM AND FACILLTIES - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have used this facility for about a year & half while inbetween homes, and have also up-sized and swapped units while I have been there. At every stage the UK Storage team have been fantastic - always helpful, finding the best solution/price/options etc, always polite and friendly. Credit to the on-site team as well - the whole site is always very clean, well lit - and same for the units...clean and dry. Having finally moved house, I have now finished using UK Storage - closing the account was painless, will get a refund for the remaining part of my contract etc. Would not hesitate to recommend, and will use again if I need storage.

The site is very clean and tidy and arranging the storage was so straight forward. It’s great that it’s accessible 24/7, well lit and good security. I was disappointed that there was a two week minimum stay and that the price inflated but the management soon listened to my concerns and resolved it. Couldn’t ask for much more. Would consider using it again.

I was relocating from Taunton to Düsseldorf in Germany, I used UK Storage to store my belongings during the transition. The storage was good value for money, easy to set-up and secure. For the past two years we have had to store the family belongings of our late daughter's home , We rented first one and then two units from UK Storage just outside of Norton Fitzwarren on the A358. Dealing with the staff of UK Storage was a pleasure throughout. They are friendly, precise and very helpful indeed. The units themselves are excellent - dry, clean and very secure and, at the same time, accessible. Their experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future.
