I've used UK Storage twice at both the Bridgwater and Taunton units. Both times I have been impressed by the staff support when booking, during the use and when completing my storage needs. On both occasions I have been very impressed by the quality of storage, size and security to ensure my belongings were kept safe until I needed them. GREAT SERVICE Uk Storage. We needed storage for a few weeks whilst moving. We needed a small space. UK Storage gave us exactly what we wanted. A shed size locked storage room. We had to purchase a key,which is now ours. We came and went 24/7 as easy as anything. Key padded for your contents protection was peace of mind for us. Blankets and coverings were available to protect our belongings. All that and a real person at the end of a phone to chat to if needed. We would definitely recommend UK Storage and definitely use again if needed. Thank you all.

GREAT STORAGE FACILITY. My second time using this excellent company. Everything is very straightforward and well explained from the beginning, the staff on the other end of the phone are always accessible, friendly and helpful. Easy access to the well secured site and units, and the site is kept spotlessly clean despite not being manned every day. MOVING HOUSE FROM UP COUNTRY From the moment, I contacted UK Storage they were very helpful on the phone, or via email. I knew exactly what was required of me, when purchasing my storage unit. When I was ready to move into my unit, I had the code for the main gate, the unit number and a contact number for any problems. On completion of my house sale, I gave my 14 days notice and was contacted about what I needed to do. Everything was straight forward. The communication, opening times and the storage unit was great, for my 3 month stay at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them and would use them again.

FANTASTIC TEAM AND FACILLTIES - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have used this facility for about a year & half while inbetween homes, and have also up-sized and swapped units while I have been there. At every stage the UK Storage team have been fantastic - always helpful, finding the best solution/price/options etc, always polite and friendly. Credit to the on-site team as well - the whole site is always very clean, well lit - and same for the units...clean and dry. Having finally moved house, I have now finished using UK Storage - closing the account was painless, will get a refund for the remaining part of my contract etc. Would not hesitate to recommend, and will use again if I need storage.

The site is very clean and tidy and arranging the storage was so straight forward. It’s great that it’s accessible 24/7, well lit and good security. I was disappointed that there was a two week minimum stay and that the price inflated but the management soon listened to my concerns and resolved it. Couldn’t ask for much more. For the past two years we have had to store the family belongings of our late daughter's home , We rented first one and then two units from UK Storage just outside of Norton Fitzwarren on the A358. Dealing with the staff of UK Storage was a pleasure throughout. They are friendly, precise and very helpful indeed. We used this company as it is local but the site is always immaculate and security is very good. The staff were so helpful and efficient. If you are looking for short term storage which is good value for money then these units are perfect - different sizes that are easy to access and are totally weatherproof. It can get expensive if you are looking for a long term solution but you get what you pay for. I have no complaints or negative comments about this facility or more importantly the excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in using again.

Their experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future.
